To ensure the above-mentioned function are performed accurately, IQAC works by following the given hierarchy-

  • 1. Head of the Educational Institution- Chairperson
  • 2. Representatives from the Faculty Members
  • 3. Management Authority
  • 4. Senior Administrative Staff Members
  • 5. Nominee from- Students, Local society, Alumni
  • 6. Nominees from – Employers, Stakeholders, Industrialists
  • 7. Senior Teacher Representing as the IQAC

Function Of IQAC

Let us now understand the various functions that are expected from the IQAC cell.

  • A. Setting quality benchmarks with consistent work
  • B. Creating parameters to reach academic as well as non- academic learning goals
  • C. Creating a student-centric teaching-learning environment
  • D. Enabling faculty to efficiently use edTech tools for innovation in education
  • E. Considering the feedback of students, faculty & parents for the best practices
  • F. Organizing various workshops & seminars for the quality education environment
  • G. Documenting all the activities in chronological order & keeping a tab on improvements
  • H. Preparing 100% accurate MIS reports for NAAC

However, IQAC is not just a committee

It is a “participative” and “facilitative” unit that would closely work with the faculty members to plans out the best possible strategies!
